Denise is Vice President and Managing Editor for ZATZ Publishing. Denise is responsible for the on-time production of our publications. A co-founder of the company, she previously held event management positions at Princeton University and Lockheed-Martin.
Denise Amrich is a certified YogaRhythmics/DansKinetics and Soma Yoga teacher, as well as a Personal Trainer, Hypnotherapist, and NLP Master.
Her fascination with many subjects prompts her to offer herself as a "bridge" between disciplines in order to facilitate her students' compassionate understanding of themselves, others, and their world. For example, she enjoys things like bringing the Yoga Sutras into a gym environment or into her "day job" as co-founder of ZATZ.
Denise often introduces elements of trance and visualization into her multi-level Kripalu DansKinetics/YogaRhythmics classes, which also happen to be a kickin' cardio workout. She loves creating her classes as powerful rituals, using words, movement, symbol, and music in order to transmit a transformative, fun, meaningful, spiritual experience for all who partake.
